APSC Combined Competitive Exam Preliminary 2023 Selection Process:

Selection Process

Assam Public Service Commission Combined Competitive Exam 2023 has three Stage Selection Process: Preliminary Examination : Preliminary Exam will consist two multiple choice objective type Question Paper. 1. General Studies - I : 200 marks in 2 Hours 2. General Studies - II : 200 marks in 2 Hours (Qualifying 33% marks) Mains Examination : Prelims Qualified candidates (which is 11 to 12 times of number of vacancies) can eligible for Mains Examination which is consist 6 papers one is Essay and remaining are General Studies each has 250 marks and duration of each paper will be 3 Hours. Interview : Mains Qualified candidates can eligible for Interview which has 180 marks. Final Merit list depends on Mains and Interview combined marks (1500+ 180 = 1680 marks).
